Har blitt mast på om å poste mer på bloggen nå en liten stund. Men jeg hater dette blogge-jaget, og online-mtb-suppen som serveres for tiden, HOLDER JEG MEG LANGT UNNA! Men ihvertfall, her er har du en liten bit av sjelen min, din dritt.

Hva skjer med denne pokkers helhjelm trenden? Trenger man det til tailtap nå for tiden? Er nivået i landet så høyt at en vanlig hjelm ikke holder for de mest "x-treme" i flokken. For en tid tilbake mobbet jo alle fulldempere og helhjem i street, men det er tydligvis akseptert når man sykler hardtail? Er dette et resultat av tiden? Har generasjonens overbeskyttende mødre videreført sin nervøsitet til unge syklister? Er dette bare en forbigående trend som feks røde langrennstights, kun adaptert av usikre tenåringskviser fra bmxmiljøet? Prøver mountainbike fortsatt å finne seg sjæl? Ligger svaret i å se ut som en motorsyklist, mens man prøver å "manuale den sjukt lange ledge på hjørnet"? Hva har skjedd med folk? Det kan kanskje virke som mr.hate har tatt på seg silkehanskene når det kommer til dette temaet, men til nå har det bare vært naive spørsmål, nå kommer den virkelige hetsen....
Jeg håper alle med helhjelm i street og på dirt ALDRI får lov til å reprodusere. Dere er i fred med å skækk-kjøre fremtidige generasjoner for livet! Hvor i hælvete skal utvikling gå? Vi fostrer en gjeng bleke aristokrater som aldri har stirret på blodige knær gjennom oppsvulmede blåveis-øyne! Kids fra palestina kaster stein mot TANKSER i SANDALER og TURBAN! Alt jeg ber om er at folk begynner å gi litt mer faen! Jeg vil se folk som gir helt blanke faen mens de hucker seg, ikke polstrede fullstendig oppdatert på hva som er "inn" å "dra" på dirtsa i usa/canada mammadalter med ny en ny promo-edit hver uke! Gi meg litt faenivoldsk innstilling og hjernerystelse! Det for vil jeg gjerne komme med en appell til det norske sykkelmiljøet: Selg de dyre troy lee hjelmene deres og invester pengene dere i forsikring og legemiddel industrien! Sammen kan vi hjelpe dem med å fikse hodeskader og annet piss med piller og sprøyter! This guy is seriously addicted to music. I`m also very addicted, so I had to post this. Apparently he has the worlds biggest collection of records! According to him 83% of it has never been digitized or put out on cd. I doubt the collection is as valueable as he says, but you got to admire the guy for being dedicated. Also, I recommend you guys read the comments on vimeo.com for alittle more insight from other vinyl collectors on the situation. Great production of this short documentary aswell.

Nike is coming out with shoes for the US team in the Olympics, since BMX is represented they made a clipless shoe.

"At the upcoming Olympics in Beijing Nike will be involved with design product for all 28 sports, which is contrast from 11 sports four years ago in Athens. An interesting addition not only to the Olympics games but also Nike is the sport of BMX which has been growing since its induction during the 1970's, as both a competitive sport and and one on the streets.

“Looks like a dunk, but acts like Lance’s cleat.” That statement sums up the power and impact of the Nike Dunk Gyrizo, a shoe specifically designed for BMX racing. The Gyrizo, which is Greek for wheel, is actually built on the same cycling last as Lance Armstrong’s cleat. The external portion of the shoe looks like Nike’s wildly popular Dunk model, but the design of the internal plate transfers power in the up and down strokes of the rider. A strap on the upper and a lace pocket keep laces out of the rider’s spokes while a durable outsole compound was integrated to accommodate a wider bike pedal. Kevlar lace and metal grommets are also used to maximize durability. Rubber and thinner midsole on the shoe allow a rider to walk easily before and after races.

I say cool if your into Nike shoes. I´m a Vans guy myself.

A couple of things have changed on the blog, mainly the overall colors and the size. Theres a few things I wanna add aswell, but I´m not done with those yet.
We need the change, Niels wanted a "young, hip and fresh" design. (Did he get it? Please feel free to hate on it in the comments! hehehe) And the size got bigger to allow for bigger pictures. Since probably 99,9% of you only look at the pictures. So for your viewing pleasure, heres a pic of T-Hansen at some contest last year. For T-Hansen the season has started, and right now he´s lucky enough to get to right his bike in Munich with fellow rider Mr. Korthaus.

Anyone remotely interested in skateboarding has heared of Lakai Footwear. Well, their first ever movie came out this week and with the same guys as Girl Skateboards Yeah Right behind it you know it´ll be quality shit. I´m not gonna give it away but if you´ve seen Yeah Right you know what kinda things to except apart from the skating. All I can say after this is that is amazing! If your interested in skateboarding or making actionsport movies, you got to see it, the production and skating is some of the best I´ve seen, actually it is.

ANTI had a little photoshoot on friday, with Joachim and Marius. Trond was not there beacuse he´s too fat, and Niels was partying in Bergen. Everyone else got a bit wild and loose, and we got some good shots. There gonna be used for some presentations in the future, but here´s some outtakes.
